HERSHEY CAKE 
1 stick butter (Promise)
1 c. sugar
4 eggs (Egg Scramblers)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. evaporated milk
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add syrup and vanilla. Add flour, salt and baking powder. Spray a 13"x9" pan with Pam. Pour the batter in the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Test with toothpick. Frost immediately.

ICING: Bring butter, sugar and milk to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until melted. Pour on the hot cake and sprinkle with nuts. Pick the cake with a fork so icing sinks in.
