CHEESE AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
4 oz. noodles or macaroni
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 lb. sausage
1 c. plus 3 tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. buttered bread crumbs

Cook noodles in salted water until just tender. Drain well. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Add to the noodles. Blend in grated cheese. Fry sausage until lightly browned. Mix sausage with noodle mixture. Bake in greased 2- quart casserole in a pan of hot water at 350 degrees.

When done, an inserted knife will come out clean, about 50 or 60 minutes. Cover with buttered bread crumbs before baking. Makes 4 servings.
