JUICY GRILLED FISH 
Desired type of fish
Butter
Onion
Bread crumbs (seasoned)
Lemon juice

Place 2 pieces of fish (approximately 1/2 pound piece) on 2 long pieces of Reynolds wrap leaving 2-3 inches of wrap on each side. Sprinkle on approximately 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs onto fish. Pat on 2-3 pats of butter. Place sliced onion on top of fish (optional). Then wrap fish in a tent-like fashion, leaving space between the fish and the top of the tin foil.

Fold up sides once to avoid loosing any juice out the sides. Poke approximately 3-4 holes into tent and place onto grill. Cook on medium heat for approximately 10- 15 minutes until fish falls apart with a fork.
