MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1 c. self rising flour
1 c. self rising meal
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. oil
1 mango, cut up fine
1 hot banana pepper, cut up fine
1/2 c. onion, cut up fine
1 (8 oz.) can cream style corn
1 c. sweet milk
1/2 c. shredded longhorn cheese

Mix all together, pour into well greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees until brown or about 30 minutes.
