PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 med. can crushed pineapple

Mix flour and sugar together. Beat eggs with soda. Add crushed pineapple to dry ingredients and then add egg mixture. Pour into an ungreased long pan. (I use an 9x13 inch or size smaller Pyrex dish.) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 sm. can condensed milk

Mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil for 6 minutes. Pour over cake while hot.
