BUTTERSCOTCH COFFEE CAKE | |
24 frozen dinner rolls 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. pecan pieces 1 pkg. butterscotch pudding (not instant) 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. butter Place frozen rolls in a greased bundt pan. Mix sugars, nuts and cinnamon. Layer this mixture and dry pudding over rolls. Top with cut up butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool and invert pan on plate to remove cake. |
