PUMPKIN - SPICE BREAD 
3 1/2 c. unsifted flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 can (1 lb.) pumpkin
1 c. oil
4 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 (9 x 5 x 3 inch) loaf pans. In large bowl mix together first 8 ingredients. Stir together pumpkin and oil. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Make well in center of flour mixture. Add pumpkin mixture; stir just until flour is moistened. Pour into prepared pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pans. Remove; cool on racks. Yield 2 loaves.
