CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp; baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sour cream
3 c. grated zucchini
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Melt oil and chocolate in saucepan; set aside. Cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add chocolate and blend well.

Mix dry ingredients and add alternately with sour cream to other batter. Mix zucchini and nuts.

Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) cake pans or one 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and dust with powdered sugar or you can frost with cream cheese frosting. Serves 8-10.
