PUMPKIN PIE CAKE 
PART 1:
3 eggs, beaten
13 oz. evaporated milk
28 oz. can pumpkin pie mix (or fresh pumpkin)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice

PART 2:
1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c. pecans (or more, if desired)
3/4 c. butter, melted
Whipping cream

Mix Part 1 (in order given) and place in lightly greased 11 x 14 inch pan. Sprinkle cake mix, then nuts and drizzle butter over it. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until lightly browned or knife comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream.
