STEAK SAN MARCO 
2 lbs. chuck steak, cut into serving pieces
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1 (16 oz.) can peeled Italian tomatoes
1 tsp. oregano
Garlic powder to taste
Pepper to taste
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tbsp. wine vinegar

In large skillet, arrange meat, cover with soup mix and tomatoes. Sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, pepper, oil and vinegar. Simmer covered for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
