COWBOY STEW 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. diced onions
3/4 c. diced green pepper
1 rib celery with leaves, diced
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cumin seed crushed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground pepper
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water (add water for desired thickness)

Brown meat with salt. Drain greased off of meat. Mix cornstarch and 1/2 cup water, add this and all other ingredients. Simmer 45 minutes covered stirring occasionally. Serve over corn chips.
