RHUBARB SAUCE 
4 c. fresh rhubarb, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Place rhubarb, salt and water in a pan and bring to a boil. Turn the heat to simmer and simmer until rhubarb is tender. Add sugar and bring back to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool.
