FRUIT CAKE COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter
4 c. flour
4 eggs
1/2 c. whiskey
3 tbsp. buttermilk
3 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 quart nuts
1 lb. candied pineapple
1/2 lb. cherries
1 lb. raisins
1/2 lb. citrus

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs. Beat well. Combine flour and other dry ingredients. Combine liquid ingredients. Add to egg mixture. Add nuts and fruits. Bake about 15 minutes on greased cookie sheet at 325 degrees.
