QUICK CINNAMON LOAVES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c.sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Place butter and the 1 cup of sugar in large bowl. Beat until fluffy on medium to high speed with mixer. Add eggs and vanilla and continue beating. Add sour cream and milk. Blend with mixer on low until well combined.

In small bowl stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to butter mixture and beat well.

In another small bowl mix together the 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Put quarter of mixture aside for top of loaves. Spoon half of batter into greased loaf pan or pans, sprinkle the cinnamon mixture over batter. Spoon the remaining batter over the top and with a spatula cut through batter to swirl. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon mixture over top of loaf (loaves). Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour for 1 large loaf or 1/2 hour for 2 small loaves. Cool 10 minutes on wire rack, then remove from pan and cool completely.
