Cream together:

1/2 c. butter
1 pinch salt
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour

Add:

4 egg yolks
1 c. cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Beat egg whites, while still stiff, fold into pie filling mixture. Pour into 9 inch unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until pie is set. (Very rich pie).
