RICE CASSEROLE | |
2 c. rice 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. onions 1/2 c. celery 1/2 c. green pepper 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 sm. can mushrooms Cook rice and set aside. Brown ground beef, onions, celery, green peppers and pour off drippings. Add mushroom soup, Velveeta cheese, garlic salt and mushrooms. Cook over medium heat until Velveeta has melted. Pour over rice and mix together. Bake in oven 20 minutes in 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees. |
