1/2 head cauliflower
1 pkg. Ranch dressing
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
ripe olives, sliced
1 chopped onion
3 stalks celery
green pepper, chopped

Wash and separate cauliflower. Mix Ranch dressing, milk and sugar; set aside. Slice olives; chop onion, celery and green pepper. Combine all ingredients. Chill and serve.
