CAULIFLOWER SALAD BOWL | |
3 tbsp. crumbled Roquefort or blue cheese 2/3 c. your favorite French dressing 4 green onions 1 head cauliflower 1 head iceberg lettuce Olives to garnish Blend 3 tablespoons crumbled Roquefort or blue cheese into 2/3 cup French dressing. Cut in green onions, tops and all (cut them very fine, please). Break washed cauliflower into flowerets; marinate flowerets in the prepared dressing. Break 1 head iceberg lettuce into bite-size pieces. Toss in a salad bowl with the cauliflower mixture. Garnish with sliced olives. Makes 6 servings. |
