DEEP DISH CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 box Pillsbury pie crust
2 cans mixed vegetables
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 chicken, boiled and deboned
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients well, except crust. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Roll out 1 pie crust and line deep, glass, oven dish, overlap edge. Add chicken mixture. roll out remaining pie crust for the top crust, crimp edges. Make 4 or 5 small cuts in top of crust. Lightly butter crust and bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.
