REUNION SQUARES 
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
2/3 c. evaporated milk
6 oz. chocolate chips
3/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped walnuts
14 oz. light caramels

Melt caramels with 1/3 c. evaporated milk. Mix cake with remaining milk, butter, and walnuts. In a buttered and floured 9 x 13 inch pan, spread half of the cake mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 6 minutes. While hot, add chocolate chips on top. Spread caramel mixture over that, and then remaining cake mix.

Bake at 350°F for 15 to 18 minutes. Cool, then cut into squares.
