GRANOLA BARS 
2 c. rolled oats
3/4 c. sunflower seeds
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. peanuts
1 c. raisins
3 eggs
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. oil

Mix oats, flour, sunflower seeds, peanuts, and wheat germ in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl beat eggs slightly, then add oil, vanilla, and honey. Add raisins in, then mix the contents of the second bowl into the dry ingredients. Blend thoroughly. Spread onto a greased cookie sheet, pressing the dough as thin as possible. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into bars while still warm. Remove from pan to cool.
