GREEN BEAN SOUP 
4 to 5 c. green beans, washed and cut into 2 inch pieces
Several diced potatoes
Salt
Dill, optional

GRAVY:

2 c. milk
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour

Boil beans along with potatoes in water. Salt soup as desired. Make a gravy by combining milk, egg and flour. Beat or mix. Pour into broth and bring to boil. Dill may be added to the soup for seasoning. NOTE: The amount of liquid used varies according to how much broth you wish to have.
