SALMON LOAF 
1 can red salmon, flaked
1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 sm. onion, minced (2 tbsp.)
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. melted butter

Combine all ingredients in order given; pack firmly into a buttered bread pan and bake at 325 degrees about 1 hour. Serve with creamed peas.
