DAVE'S DELICIOUS CHICKEN
STIR-FRY
 
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces & marinated in Teriyaki Marinade)
1 c. carrots, sliced diagonally
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 c. broccoli florets
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 can baby corn
1/2 c. cashews or almonds
1/2 c. water chestnuts

Remove chicken pieces from marinade. Reserve marinade. Stir fry chicken in large non-stick pan until cooked. Set aside.

Stir fry vegetables until tender but still crunchy. Add chicken, remaining marinade and nuts. Stir until thoroughly heated. Serve over cooked rice.

DAVE'S SUPER EZ TERIYAKI MARINADE:

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
Ginger & garlic to taste

Mix together. That's all!
