TANGY SAUSAGE KABOBS 
2 1/2 lbs. Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage or Polska Kielbasa
1/2 c. apricot preserves
3 tbsp. Glueden spicy brown mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix together last three ingredients and baste sausage. Bake for 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Baste again and cook another 15 minutes.
