TEXAS CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt

Melt butter, add water and cocoa; mix well. Let cool a few minutes, then add combined dry ingredients. Add eggs and sour cream. Bake in a greased and floured jelly roll pan at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk

Melt together. Add 1 box of powdered sugar (16 ounces) and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Frost cake as soon as it is removed from the oven.
