RHUBARB MARMALADE 
5 c. finely cut rhubarb
3 c. sugar
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 tbsp. butter

Mix rhubarb and sugar, let set overnight. Next morning, cook for 10 minutes. Take from heat and add 1 package of strawberry Jello and 1 tablespoon butter. Pour into jars.
