GENIE'S EASY SMOKEHOUSE CHILI 
Great on hot dogs!

1 lb. ground beef, chuck or sirloin
1 (15 oz.) can chili beans, hot or mild
1 (12 oz.) warm good beer (your choice)
1 tbsp. ground cumin
2-3 tbsp. barbecue sauce (your choice)
salt and pepper, to taste

Brown ground beef. Drain the beef if too fatty. Add the chili beans, undrained to the beef. Add the beer, cumin and barbecue sauce. Stir. Let simmer 30 minutes to 1 hour on low.
