CHUNKY CORNED BEEF SOUP 
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, cubed
2 (16 oz.) cans mixed vegetables, undrained
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 potatoes, peeled & cubed
1 tsp. chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste
2 c. water

Combine all ingredients in a large pot; simmer for 1-1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender. Yield 12-14 servings.
