PINEAPPLE DUMP CAKE 
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)

Stir in order given. Do not use mixer. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Be sure center of cake is done. When done spread with icing.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat cheese and butter until creamy, then add confectioners sugar and vanilla.
