24 HOUR SALAD | |
1 egg 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. whipping cream 1 c. Royal Anne cherries 1 c. pineapple chunks 1 c. miniature marshmallows Over low heat, cook eggs, sugar and vinegar. Beat constantly until thick and smooth. Take off heat and add butter. When cold, fold in whipped whipping cream and fruit mixture. Cherries will probably need to be seeded. Let set 24 hours. |
