7 LAYER SALAD 
6-8 boiled eggs, chopped finely
8-10 slices crisp bacon, finely crumbled
1 c. finely diced celery
1 sm. pkg. frozen peas
2 tbsp. minced onion flakes
1 head lettuce, chopped or cubed
1 lg. jar Hellmann's mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp. sugar
16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

In a 9x13 pan layer chopped lettuce in bottom. Sprinkle 1 cup of celery over first layer. Sprinkle 1 package peas over second layer. Sprinkle bacon over the third layer. Sprinkle onion flakes over all. Mix Hellmann's mayonnaise with sugar; spread gently over layers to seal. Top with eggs. Sprinkle cheese over all. Press gently. Cover and seal. Chill overnight or 24 hours.
