HOT SPICED FRUIT 
1 can (29 oz.) fruit for salad
1/2 jar (8 oz.) maraschino cherries
1 can (16 oz.) dark pitted cherries
2 lg. bananas, cut in lg. chunks
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. butter, melted

Drain fruit well, mixing all the juices together. Combine dry ingredients and melted butter. Place fruit in 9 x 13 inch casserole; add dry ingredients with melted butter. Cover with reserved juices. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 4-6. Be sure to get fruit for salad and not fruit cocktail.
