PEANUT BUTTER-CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
1/2 c. butter softened
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. semisweet chocolate pieces

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease cookie sheet.

In a large mixing bowl, combine butter and peanut butter. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Gradually add granulated sugar and brown sugar. Beat in the eggs and vanilla until well combined. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda and salt. Add the flour mixture and chocolate pieces to the dough. Stir until well blended.

Drop batter by tbl. onto cookie sheet.

Bake in oven 350°F for 9 to 12 minute. Cool completely.
