VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. can French style green beans, drained
1 lb. can corn, drained
1 1/2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup

TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. Cheese Nip crackers, crumbled

Mix all ingredients except topping and place in 2 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. While casserole is cooking, mix topping. Remove from oven, add topping. Bake 15 minutes more.
