HOMEMADE NOODLES SIDE DISH 
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. flour
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 c. milk

Combine egg, milk and salt; add flour. Dough should be stiff. Roll as thin as possible; let stand 20 minutes. Now it will roll out thinner. Cut into 6 inch strips and spread out to dry for approximately 5 hours. Cook in boiling water for 20 minutes then drain most of water and add the chicken broth and boil another 5 minutes. Add chicken soup and 1 cup milk to warm. Do not let it boil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
