3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. honey
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. raisins

Mix all together, put in 2 well-greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes clean in center. Cool on racks 10 minutes. Remove from pans.
