SPAGHETTI PIE 
1/2 lb. spaghetti
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
3 well beaten eggs
1 container Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella
1 jar meat sauce

Cook spaghetti; drain but DO NOT RINSE. Stir in butter, eggs and Parmesan. Put mixture into 2 buttered deep dish pie pans. Spread Ricotta cheese on top, add meat sauce. After removing pie from oven, sprinkle Mozzarella on top. Temperature: 350. Time: 1/2 hour.
