1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 small box vanilla instant pudding

(You may need to add a little milk.) Mix all of the above ingredients and place in a graham cracker crust. You may top this with strawberries or blueberries. Top with Cool Whip. See following for variation.

Caramel Pecan Cheese Cake:

2 tbsp. milk
35 caramels
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 chocolate graham cracker crust
bananas, optional

Melt caramels and milk on low heat in the microwave. Stir frequently until smooth. Sir in pecans and place in crust. Then, pour the above cream cheese mixture on top of the caramel mixture. You can add bananas if you prefer. Then top with Cool Whip.
