COCOA TEXAS CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
1/4 c. cocoa
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk or sour milk

Put sugar, flour and soda in a bowl and set aside. Bring butter, water and cocoa to a boil. Pour over the dry ingredients all at once; beat well. Add remaining ingredients; beat well. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes in a greased jelly roll pan.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
5 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 lb. box powdered sugar
