MOIST COCOA CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour milk
1 c. boiling water

Cream first 5 ingredients. Add sour milk and mix well. Add and mix the flour and soda alternately with boiling water. Pour into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

FUDGE FROSTING:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa (4 tbsp.)
1/4 c. canned milk
1 c. sugar

Melt butter; add other ingredients. When sugar is dissolved, boil for 1 minute. Remove from stove and beat until creamy.
