1/2 c. unsweetened coconut
1 tbsp. orange-flavored liqueur
1 basket fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
2 packets Equal

Place coconut in bowl, sprinkle with liqueur. Mix well. Sprinkle strawberries with Equal. Place strawberries in serving dishes and top with coconut.
