SPICY BROCCOLI WITH RICE 
1 c. cooked rice
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) jar jalapeno cheese

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Saute onions in butter until clear. Mix all other ingredients together in a large casserole. Add sauteed onions and mix again. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese bubbles, about 30 minutes. Serve 4 to 6.
