THE G.'S SPICY RICE 
1 lb. bulk turkey sausage
1/2 bell pepper, diced
2 onions, diced
1/2 rib celery, diced
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. dry rice
2 c. water
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

Prepare rice with water to make 2 cups cooked rice. Take cooked rice and mix with celery salt and poultry seasoning. Saute bell pepper, onions, and celery until tender. Place sausage in pan until brown; keep stirring. Drain. Add sausage mixture to rice and mix well. Serve warm.
