CHESS PIE 
1 c. butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
2 unbaked 10 inch pie crusts

Melt butter and sugar in saucepan on stove. Add vinegar, vanilla, and salt. Beat eggs 3 minutes in large mixing bowl. Pour into pie crusts. Bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until firm.
