CHEESE CAKE, LISA'S 
1/3 box Nabisco graham crackers (1/3 lb.)
1/2 stick melted butter (2 oz.)
1/4 c. sugar

Crush crackers into crumbs. Mix crumbs and sugar in springform pan. Add melted butter. Press to side and bottom of pan.

FILLING:

5 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. dry lemon peel
1 tsp. dry orange peel
1/4 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs
2 egg yolks
1/4 c. heavy cream

1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.

2. In large bowl of electric mixer, combine cheese, sugar, flour, peels, vanilla.

3. Add one at a time, eggs and yolks. Beat after each addition only until well combined. Add cream - beat until well combined.

4. Pour into crust. Bake 10 minutes at 500 degrees. Reduce to 250 degrees - cook 1 hour longer.

5. Cool 3 hours.

6. Refrigerate.

7. Serve on bottom part of the pan, after top has been removed.
