BAKED CHICKEN 
1 packet Butter Buds
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. onion powder
Pepper to taste
1 (2 1/2 lb.) broiler fryer, cut up
1/2 c. dry white wine

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl, combine Butter Buds and spices; rub over chicken, coating completely. Arrange in a 9x13 inch pan. Pour wine over chicken. Bake about 50 minutes or until tender and golden brown. By using Butter Buds instead of butter in this recipe, you have saved 188 calories and 70 mg cholesterol per serving. Serves 4.
