OATMEAL BUNS 
2 c. quick oatmeal
4 c. boiling water
6 tsp. salt
1/2 c. molasses
2/3 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar

Pour over oatmeal, let cool. Add eggs, yeast mixture and then flour.

4 eggs, one at a time
3 pkgs. yeast dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
12-15 c. flour - for easy handling

Let double - punch down - let rise again. Form in buns, bake at 350 degrees.
