CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 lg. potatoes, slice thin
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 can tomatoes
1 sm. bell pepper
2 c. cut up cabbage

Fry onions and ground beef together until red is out of beef, then layer in casserole dish one layer of beef and onions, then a layer of cabbage, one can of mashed up tomatoes. Bake 1 hour or until done.
