MICROWAVE CORN BEEF AND CABBAGE
CASSEROLE
 
2 med. potatoes, sliced (2 c.)
1 med. onion, sliced
1/4 c. water
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
12 oz. corn beef, crumbled
2 1/2 lb. cabbage, cut in wedges
1/4 c. melted butter

Place potatoes, onion, water, salt and pepper in a 3 quart casserole dish, greased. Cove and heat 7 to 8 minutes on high. Add beef to potatoes. Pour butter over cabbage. Cook 10 to 11 minutes on high or until cabbage is tender.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
